This video is a short film that was created to help the Park District of Highland Park in their attempt to raise awareness and get votes to pass a 2008-2009 Lakefront Ballot Initiative. The concept was put to a community vote in the spring elections and the District needed to get the word out in a consistent way. The failing economy and other financial factors ultimately quashed the initiative and, as a result, the video was not widely seen or presented.
