From everything I've seen, you are extraordinarily talented and capable. You worked well scheduling the high school students and followed up with everything that needed to be done once the schedule was set. The flyers you created were excellent; not only with regard to their content and layout, but also in terms of your turnaround time. Furthermore, despite your many talents, I have seen you ask others for their input and advice and defer to other people's judgment.

I do have to add that, in addition to everything I've said, you are a pleasure to work with. Highland Park is extraordinarily lucky to have you on our Late Nite HP Committee. I really think YOU are going to make LNHP a long-term success.
