Bitter Jester recently completed production of a short film, "Arch of Repose," directed by Jan Bartoszek (a dance-for-the-camera/exploration of movement) this past summer. Here is what Zachary Whittenburg from The Windy City Times had to say:
"Arch of Repose, shot beachside, is a rushing dream of a film based upon a concert work from 2007. Repose's anti-gravity cinematography, by Dan Kullman of Bitter Jester Creative, amplifies the dancers' tumbling over one another into a horizontal avalanche." (read more)
The full début of Repose (in tandem with Nadia Oussenko's "On Falling..." (also shot by Kullman) premiers Nov. 11 at 7:30pm at The Music Box Theatre, 3733 N. Southport.

While it was still a work-in-progress, the Ti m O. documentary was a 2007 Editor's Choice Award recipient from Crackle dot com.
